Larsson opens the song, titled “Talk to Me, Zara,†with a brand new verse, singing, “The way you move your lips/Communicate with my body/Hiding my senses/Come finish what you started.†The Swedish pop forces trade harmonies back and forth across the song as they build up to the bridge. “Talk to me/It's not as good by myself,†they sing. “So, baby, will you talk me through it?â€
Earlier this month, Larsson made a surprise appearance at the Copenhagen stop on Robyn's Sexistential tour for the live debut of “Talk to Me.†“If I'm Swedish princess @robynkonichiwa is the Queen. Thank you for having me at your closing show in Copenhagen!!!! Puss puss,†Larsson wrote on Instagram. In the comments, Robyn responded, “Such a luxury to have you, I'm so grateful Zara. The perfect finale of this tour.â€
Earlier this year, Robyn joined Larsson on Midnight Sun: Girls Trip, the remix companion to her own album Midnight Sun. Together, they revamped the album closer “Puss Puss,†a sweet sendoff about talking on the phone all through the night. “So tell me what you really need/Cool with all your indecencies,†Robyn sings on the remix. “I deliver the Swedish dream/Natural and sexistentially free.â€
Larsson celebrated the collaboration in May, sharing on X, “I mean, it was only right to have the queen of Sweden on puss puss. Thank you! TACK!!! You're so fresh, so sexy, such an artist and a big inspiration to me. I feel very honored.â€
