Julianne Hough Reacts to Ex Brooks Laich Marrying Katrín Tanja Davíðsdóttir in Idaho Wedding

Julianne Hough is sending love to her ex Brooks Laich. 

After the former professional hockey player and Katrín Tanja Davíðsdóttir tied the knot in an Aug. 15 ceremony near Lake Coeur d'Alene lake in Idaho, the Dancing With the Stars host sent a sweet message to her ex husband and his new wife. 

“Congratulations!†Hough wrote in an Instagram comment under Laich and Daviðsdóttir's Aug. 18 announcement. “So so happy for you both. Sending you all the love, health and happiness for the years to come to you and your beautiful family.”

Hough's stamp of approval is especially sweet, as the newlywed couple celebrated their nuptials at the same lakeside where she and Laich previously tied the knot in 2017. 

For Laich and Davíðsdóttir—who share 10-month-old daughter Everly—they knew it would be the place they'd spend their special day “from the start.â€

“We knew we wanted to get married here, just welcome everybody here,†Laich told People in an interview published Aug. 18. “I was like, ‘We just want to be on an adventure. Whatever happens, happens. And if it doesn't go according to perfect plan, that's OK.'â€
